Your Plans are our Plans
Hankins Development will work with your own plans. If they are out of state plans, Hankins will provide a local architect to modify snow and dead loads to meet NYS Building Codes, then obtain a local seal before applying for a building permit.
If you are already working with an architect, Hankins will work with them to create the custom home of you dreams.
Not sure about a plan? We have a variety of plans to choose from. Our architect can make modifications as needed.
