For over 19 years, Hankins Development has been building custom homes that are just a little bit country.  Over that time, the firm has made many relationships with local architects and has acquired a catalog of stock plans.

Your Plans: Hankins Development will work with your own plans.  If they are out of state plans, Hankins will provide a local architect to modify snow and dead loads to meet NYS Building Codes, then obtain a local seal before applying before a building permit.

If you are already working with an architect, Hankins will work with them to create the custom home of you dreams.
